THE MUSTANG'S FOR SALE

As much as I hate to, I'm going to try and sell the MUSTANG.

YES I DID SAY THAT! I KNOW, I KNOW, IT'S A PIECE OF HISTORY,
IT'S A PIECE OF STU!!

So today, I'm going to try and scrub down the Mustang.
Hoping To Clean Her up a tad so she'll look her best.

If ya know of anyone wanting a Mustang, that sounds good,
runs good and looks good send 'em my way.

I'm asking a mere $3000, but I will take the best offer
I get. I've gotta get something for babygirl, and brother
to ride in comfortably and safely.

So it's off to start scrubbing....

Feelin' Mighty LOW

Things were abit 'frazzled' yesterday. I spent more than half the day
down in Mayfield, KY. It's the last stop on the map, after you pass
Mayfield, you fall off the edge of the world!! LOL

I couldn't believe it, a simple printer swapout, turn out to be yet another FIASCO! And once finished at Mayfield, I made the 2 1/2 hour journey to the other side of the world, Clarksville TN. This Call was supposed to be a FIASCO...but when I got there...GOD, ALMIGHTY fixed it for me! Thank YOU LORD, I just reset the ELS and it came online and all was WELL!

After all that...I came in eXhausted and had a good supper. And then
'momma' went outside for something and she came back in and told me that the 'van' had a flat tire! So I had to get the 'dreaded' fleet service guide to call them and see what to do. They sent a guy from Kelly's Wrecker Service, and he could only change out the tire with the spare.

I ask him, if he could just patch the tire and not bother the flat. He told me that he could only change out the tire with the spare, he'z not allowed to patch or repair tires.

So after that FIASCO, I thought how am I going to get back down to Mayfield on a 'donut'! It wasn't a typical spare it was a full fledged tire! So I'm still looking to get the spare patched for later use.

After the tire FIASCO, I needed some air in the tire that was changed out, so I went to the gas station that takes my fleet card. I got some gas and some air which save me some time come this morning.

Well my fingers are starting to 'cramp' up, my old age is beginning to rise it's weary head again. So I'm going to rest now.

Til Next Time......

LINUX

Have You Ever Tried Linux?

It's Great! It's Stable! It's FREE!

YES I SAID FREE!!!! You Can Download Different Distributions from
various sites. If you have 'dialup' internet, it will take several hours
and I would also recommend getting one of those download managers
so if something happens you can pick up where the download broke!

Also if you have 'dialup' I would recommend buy a CD, a cheap CD!!
Let's see Microsoft XP...an upgrade CD for XP Home..is something
like $99!! Okay for this Linux CD ( a complete OS, safe and secure
OS)....hmmm how 'bout $4.99, $5.99!!

I bought my first CD from Linux Central and paid a whopping $1.99
for Mandrake 6!! It was worth it! Just to try it! I've been hooked
ever since!!!

Now think about this!! Why would anyone spend let's say $199 for
XP Pro, and then $400 for XP Office, when I can get the same thing
for FREE! That's right most distros come with Open Office, that will
do Word, Excel, and Powerpoint and Frontpage for FREE!

Okay...I know...if you're like me you're chomping at the bit...so where
or how do I get this LINUX!

Okay...if you want to download a distro, I would recommend these sites:

Linux ISOs

Distrowatch

Otherwise check out these sites for Cheap Linux CDs:

Almost Free Linux

Cheap Bytese

Budget Linux CDs

Linux Central

SPIDERMAN 2!! In Theaters Now!!

Well we went to see Spiderman 2 yesterday, courtesy of my
'eldest', thanks Aunt Debbie.

It was pretty good for a sequel! Except one part for about
3 minutes or so it turned into a 60s Musical!!! LOL

And of course they left the door WIDE OPEN for
Spiderman 3!! Supposedly there's already a date set for
number 3, something like May of 2007!

Of course if the LORD comes back, I won't be seeing it!

Very well done overall I'd give it a 4 out of 5. Language
not too bad, I would say for the most part kid-safe (7-10 years old),
really safe for teens. This is a bit 'darker' than the first movie,
and there are a couple of scenes....where the violence (fight
scenes) are quite graphic.

Computer graphics, and generation are GREAT! Excellent!

Of course before #3 comes out, we have Catwoman, Batman,
and Superman movies to go see to tie us over!

Until Next Time......
