This is the place to get drivers for Wireless Cards/and USB
adapters. Seems that wireless lans/cards etc., is still in
development for the most part. It reminds me of the early days of
drivers for the so-called WIN-MODEMS. It took a special driver
and some 'admin' time to make the thing worked. But I did succeed in getting my Win-modem to work in LINUX.

And now, my new "quest" is to get my wireless card working
in LINUX. So now I must begin my "quest" armed with the
'net and many 'how-tos', I must succeed, the world as we know it
depends on it.

Dlink Wireless

I have wireless!! Woohoooo!!!! I have finally made it to the 21st Century!!! I'm in the kitchen, at the table, and the router is in the bedroom. This is soooooo coool!....

I love not having any wires!!....Because right now, I would have to have at least a 30 footer CAT5 cable to get to where I'm at.

I haven't found how much range I have....yet! But I will! I'll have to go out and run around to see if I can find some "open" access points. Ya never know!
